See it on a real thank-you page

The fastest way to judge a post-purchase widget is to be a customer for two minutes. Place a test order, rate something badly on purpose, and watch what the merchant would receive.

The public demo store is being set up

Until it opens, the interactive widget on the homepage is the real thing — same questions, same low-rating branch, same submit-and-reward flow. Want a walkthrough on a live store instead? Email support@getpoby.com and we will set one up with you.

What to try, in order

01

Place a test order

Add anything to the cart and check out. Nothing about the purchase changes — Poby only appears once the order is confirmed.

02

Meet the widget on the Thank you page

Three rows of stars, a heading you control, and a note that it takes about ten seconds. This is exactly what your buyers would see.

03

Rate something badly on purpose

Give checkout one or two stars and the “what went wrong?” tags appear — shipping cost, confusing options, too many steps. That branch is the point of the whole product.

04

Submit and watch the reward

The form thanks the shopper and, if the merchant enabled it, hands over a discount code. One submission per order, so use a fresh test order to see it again.

What the merchant sees afterwards

Your submission lands in the Poby dashboard inside Shopify admin — as one more point on the response trend, one more bar in the rating distribution, a count against whichever reason tag you picked, and an individual record with the order's customer attached so the merchant can reply.
