Terms of Service

Poby is a product of AwesomeSoft ("we", "us"). By installing or using Poby (the "app") on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

Poby displays a feedback widget on your Shopify thank-you and order-status pages and provides an analytics dashboard summarising the responses.

The Free plan is $0 and available indefinitely. Poby Premium is $5.49/month with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify’s billing system — you approve the charge in your Shopify admin before anything is billed. You can upgrade or cancel at any time from the Plan page in the app or from your Shopify admin; cancelling returns you to the Free plan. Charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Where Poby processes personal data relating to your customers, it does so as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. By installing Poby you agree to that DPA. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to collect information in violation of applicable law or Shopify’s policies. You are responsible for the questions and discount offers you configure.

We aim to keep Poby available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poby, AwesomeSoft, and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using Poby at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where AwesomeSoft is based, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
