Terms of Service

By installing or using Poby (the "app") on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

Poby displays a feedback widget on your Shopify thank-you and order-status pages and provides an analytics dashboard summarising the responses. Features available depend on your plan (Free or Premium).

The Free plan is $0 and available indefinitely. Premium is [$5.49]/month with a 7-day free trial, billed through Shopify’s billing system. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to collect information in violation of applicable law or Shopify’s policies. You are responsible for the questions and discount offers you configure.

We aim to keep Poby available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poby and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. [Add jurisdiction-specific limitation language as advised.]

You may stop using Poby at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
