That 2-star checkout just told you exactly what to fix.
Post-purchase survey for your Shopify thank-you and order-status pages
Poby drops a gentle feedback widget on your Shopify thank-you page and asks how the shopping experience felt — not product reviews. Every rating flows straight into a clean analytics dashboard.

the blind spot
You can measure the visit. You can't tell how it felt.
Your analytics report the numbers. They can't tell you how the experience felt — the friction, the confusion, the part that quietly needs fixing.
// 01
Analytics count, they don’t feel
Sessions and bounce rates show what happened — never the friction or confusion behind it.
// 02
Surveys feel like homework
Long forms emailed days later get ignored. The honest moment is right after checkout.
// 03
Reviews rate the product
Star reviews judge the item. Nobody's asking whether the shopping experience itself was any good.

Ask at the one honest moment.
Right after checkout, when the experience is fresh. Shoppers rate each stage on 1–5 stars, tell you where they found you, and — when a score comes in low — pick exactly what went wrong.

verifiable today
Trustworthy by construction, not by claim.
Poby is newly launched — so instead of borrowed testimonials, here's what's actually verifiable today.
Session-token auth
Authenticated the way Shopify recommends — no password sharing, no stray tokens.
Minimal data, logged access
Poby reads only a customer’s name and email — solely so you can follow up on a response. Every access to them is recorded in an audit log.
Zero blocking calls
Loads asynchronously. Your storefront and checkout speed stay exactly as they are.
GDPR webhooks built in
Data-request and erasure events are handled automatically, out of the box.
Merchant reviews & the Built-for-Shopify badge will land here as Poby earns them. We don't fake trust signals.
questions, answered
Good to know.
On your Shopify thank-you page right after checkout, and on the order-status page customers return to. Both render as a native checkout UI extension — no theme code, no layout hacks.
No. Poby adds zero blocking calls to the page and loads asynchronously, so it never delays rendering or the checkout flow. Your storefront performance is untouched.
Poby uses Shopify session-token authentication. It reads the customer's name and email from the order so you can see who left a response and follow up — nothing else, and never for marketing. It's built with Shopify's GDPR compliance webhooks, so data-request and data-erasure events are handled automatically.
Yes. Install the app, add the Poby block to your thank-you page in the checkout editor, pick your questions, and save — the order-status widget is on by default. Most merchants are live in about five minutes.
Optionally, after a shopper submits their feedback you can show a discount code as a thank-you — a small nudge toward a repeat purchase. You control the code and whether it appears at all.
Yes — CSV export of all responses and ratings is included, so you can slice the data in a spreadsheet or feed it into your own reporting.
