## Setting up Poby

Install Poby from the Shopify App Store, then add the Poby block to your thank-you and order-status pages in the theme editor, choose your questions, and publish. Most merchants are live in about five minutes — no developer required.

## Common questions

- **Where does it appear?** On the thank-you page after checkout and the order-status page.
- **Does it slow checkout?** No — it adds zero blocking calls and loads asynchronously.
- **Can I export data?** Yes, CSV export is included on Premium.
